The Sherston Inn is situated on the outskirts of Wells in Somerset. But Wells is England's smallest City which means the Pub is within easy walking distance of the shops, Wells Cathedral, the Bishop's Palace with its moat, famous for the swans which ring a bell to be fed.

The Sherston Inn pub and restaurant is also convenient for Wells cinema and Wells bus station which gives links to Bath, Bristol, Weston-super-mare, Cheddar, Shepton Mallet, Glastonbury and other nearby Somerset towns.

Wells has regular markets and is a good local shopping centre with a variety of good shops, boutiques and historic pubs and restaurants. Clarks Village shopping outlet is only 9 miles away at Street.
